By using this website or any RADX product, you agree to these terms. If you use RADX on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Our services
RADX provides an intelligence and action layer for business, delivered through RADX Guide, RADX du it and RADX super Agent, and available as White Label, API Integration or Enterprise Deployment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse RADX, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform, use it for unlawful activity, or submit content you do not have the right to provide.
Customer content and systems
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge, services, pricing and business rules you connect to RADX, and for the permissions granted to connected systems.
AI-generated responses
RADX generates responses and executes actions based on connected knowledge and systems. Organizations are responsible for reviewing configuration, business rules and approval steps for sensitive actions.
Intellectual property
RADX, its technology, brand and platform remain the property of RADX. White Label deployments allow branded delivery without transferring ownership of the underlying technology.
Availability
We work to keep RADX available and performant, but services may be updated, maintained or changed over time.
