Tower Bridge

Overview

Opened in 1894, Tower Bridge is a Grade I–listed combined bascule and suspension bridge that still raises its road decks around 800 times a year for tall river traffic. The Tower Bridge Exhibition takes you across the Victorian high-level walkways (with glass floors added in 2014) and down into the original steam engine rooms.
